Description
This painting has taken me sixteen years to produce. You will never see another like it. It is quite possibly the most important painting that has ever existed. At least you will never see me admit that it is not.
This painting can be viewed from all four orientations (eg: Right side up, Upside down, Sideways, the other Sideways. It is full of overlapping, multi-leveled images of faces, people, bodies and scenes. Some are very large, taking up the entire canvas (like my left foot) and lots of them are smaller all the way down to microscopic (painted with a single beard hair using a Jeweler's Loupe)
All images overlap each other and are actually composed of eachother and parts of each other without at all disturbing each other, much like multiple dimensions co-existing without awareness of each other. Even upside down, the images that were perceived rightside up are gone and new images exist. the same for sideways.
Sit back, relax and allow the multitude of images to reveal themselves to you. And if you think you can find an image that I did not paint, I CHALLENGE YOU! If you see something, I've been there.
The original is on a 12 X 16 canvas and is also for sale on this site. It can also be viewed on my website: www.hallucinogenesis.com
