Love it, great buy and top quality. Very happy!

I am familiar with this talented artist, Lenore Senior, and appreciate her work. The towels were much better quality than I expected. So soft and such a beautiful replication of Lenore's artwork. They look great with the wall art I already have in place. I appreciate all the different product forms that FineArtAmerica offers. I have ordered Lenore's work on greeting cards, too, and they were beautiful and of a very good quality. Thank you!

Artist's Description

This photo was taken of the pictographs (they are actually red on a grey stone) along the Grotto Canyon hike near Exshaw, Alberta. These pictographs were painted by the Hopi people and are estimated to range from 500-1300 years old. The Hopi people were said to have split into four groups to travel in four directions and meet at a final resting place in Arizona. The group that was believed to have created these pictographs was destined to travel north to the land of rock and ice. Nowadays, the pictographs are barely visible to the naked eye and the image took some processing to bring them out.

About Matthew Naiden

I'm relatively new to photography - I've always been interested in learning more about taking great photos and am always looking to improve my techniques. I purchased my first DSLR (a Nikon D90) in May of 2011 and have been trying to get out and take photos of whatever strikes me as interesting (or could become interesting with a little - or lots - of editing). My favorite subjects typically are landscapes, nature scenes, wildlife and architecture. I am mainly (and will be for the near future) a self-taught photographer having only taken one "formal" night course in photography. Photography to me is a hobby that I love to explore in my free time. I feel that photography gives me the motivation and drive to go on adventures and see...
