Artist's Description

A Yard Dog holds a lantern up for the engineer to see. He safely guides the engineer slowly into the roundhouse. Soon, the engine will be serviced and ready for the following run to Silverton. This photo was taken during a private photo session on the Durango & Silverton Railroad in Durango, Colorado. After the initial image was created, I added multiple layers of tones, light beams, dust, dirt, and other grime, to give this the look I wanted. After those layers, I applied an oil painting layer for my final look.
