About Elaine Booth-Kallweit

Biography: I am a Canadian artist, born in Zweibruchen, Germany in the mid fifties, while father was stationed there with the Royal Canadian Air Force. My family and husbandsí aviation background has allowed me to experience many parts of Canada and the United States. After military life we spent 8 years developing a diversified livestock business in the foothills of Alberta. It was the rural lifestyle that re-ignited my passion for the wilderness and wildlife. Economics and opportunity sent us back to B.C. I now live in Maple Ridge with my husband and close to my two adult children. Over the years I have augmented my knowledge and skills through workshops and continuing education courses. Painting mediums are Acrylics and...
