Hawkish metal print by James W Johnson. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum.
The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).
All metal prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with mounting hooks and nails.
Metal prints are extremely durable. They're lightweight. They won't bend, and they're water resistant.

Very happy with the picture, but the upper right corner, from about 10" in was significantly bent upon arrival. Fortunately, I was able to carefully bend it back and it looks fine now. Also had to remove way too many staples in order to recycle the cardboard that the picture came in.

This is a very attractive icon, that captures Tarcisius' youth, and his last witness, with the Eucharist shining from his breast. It's very arresting.

Maria Goretti's is the only one that I purchased that does not display her name on the icon. Having visited her shrine in Nettuno twice, I've been deeply impressed by her witness. And, since I first saw Fr. McNichols' icon of Maria, I was touched by the way that he captured her likeness (i.e. as interpreted by a popular painting of her), and her look outward to the viewer.

James W Johnson was born and raised in Upstate NY and moved to Lubbock, Texas in 1978. He received an MFA from Texas Tech University in 1981 and has continued to live in Lubbock as a studio artist. While being primarily a painter, James has spent over 80,000 hours creating a complex body of work in a wide variety of mediums such painting, video, drawing, sculpture, etching, digital, mixed media and furniture.
