Jeanette and John.......I painted this piece for a reproduction company in New York in the 60's.......The title is Hayride...As to the value, I have no idea....You might contact your local picture framing outlet that deals in limited edition prints and ask if they also deal in the secondary print market.....Or you might find this market VIA the internet....Good luck.......Thanks..... Duane

I have this great 24"x 48" print but on the back it says the name of the print is called The Hayloft

I have owned this painting for over 32 years now and just love it. What is it worth?

Baby Onesie Reviews (43)

Average Rating (4.65 Stars):

June 5th, 2018

I had very good experience with FineArtAmerica when I got two cushions customized. With that, I customized two tshirts and one baby onesie with my design, which ended up in a very bad quality. I was gifting it to my friends and was totally disappointed with the quality of the print on the tshirts and baby onesie. This negative experience puts an uncertainty on my mind to go to Fine art America again!

The shirt was faded. Looks a lot better in the picture.

This item was ordered on 03/05/2018 and hasn't been delivered yet. What the hell has happened? I have politely asked for an update but there has been no response so here is my review for all to see. Seriously? I would not buy from this person, they do not even contact you to let you know they have problems. The only possible excuse is that Nicklas has died but since one of the onsies was delivered there should have been either a refund for the one they couldn't deliver or an explanation about how much longer it would take. If there is contact made and delivery made then I will edit this but for now this stays. By the way, it isn't possible to give negative star ratings and, since there has been no delivery, I cannot give a star rating less than 1.

This item was ordered on 03/05/2018 and arrived in a timely manner. Quality was fine and the parents are very happy with the onsie.

Done very poorly, not satisfied. You can see that it was ironed on, which I could have done myself. The square part surrounding the Union Pacific sign is awful!

Artist's Description

This painting depicts a boy laying relaxed on top of the hay wagon. It was usual for young boys to work arduously loading these wagons in the country hillside. After this hard work everyone working would jump on and go to where the wagon needed to be unloaded. This relaxing ride was always anticipated as a welcomed reward for hard work. The reproduction of this painting has been among Duane's most popular. Copyright Duane R. Probus 2009

About Duane R Probus

Duane R Probus

Duane was raised in rural Kentucky on a non-motorized farm. His favorite recreation activity was riding his horse along with his dog throughout the adjacent hills and hollows. He has always had a keen obsession for studying nature. This provided Duane with material, knowledge and a romantic feel for scenes not normally experienced in today's modern world. While in high school Duane got involved in the only art classes available to the area at the time. Correspondence courses through the Minneapolis Art Institute, Minneapolis, Minnesota. Duane had an opportunity to study a year under Clause Hausseman in Frankfort, Germany, in that he was stationed at nearby Rhein Mein Air Force Base. After the Air Force, Duane attended the...
