About Barbara Anne Ramsey
Western and Wildlife artist Barbara Anne Ramsey is an artist that lives the life she creates in her art. Born in Susanville, and raised most of her life in Paradise, CA. She is a natural, self-taught artist who is inspired by her love of the Cowboy life style and North American Wildlife. Ramsey works in pencil, colored pencil and oils. She teaches colored pencil and drawing at the Paradise Art Center and does workshops with both colored pencil and oil painting. Colored pencil is her favorite medium and Ramsey has been published in the "Best Of Colored Pencil ll 1993". Her work has been featured in magazines such as "Equine Images".
