Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Henri de Ruolz (1808-1887), French industrial chemist and Comte de Ruolz-Montchal. De Ruolz discovered in 1841 the process for gilding and silver-plating metals using a voltaic pile, but his patent application was challenged by English industrialist George Elkington. The dispute was resolved and Ruolz continued his research, obtaining as many as seventeen patents relating to the plating of copper, brass, bronze and iron with nickel, and the electrodeposition of silver, platinum and other metals. De Ruolz was also a composer, producing three operas, cantatas and other works.
