I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

I took this photo the day after the snows in Arizona in December 2010. The McDowell Mountain range is in the distance with just a dusting of snow showing. The lighting creates many layers of the foothills leading up to the mountain peaks. In the foreground is the desert floor with a variety of bushes, trees and desert plants, including the famous saguaro cactus.
