Description

This pastel painting was done as a gray scale study. If you look closely at the truck of the tree closest to the viewer, you will see the claw markings from a bear. Needless to say, that particular day on our hike when we came across this birch grove with those markings, it made the hair on the back of my neck stand up alittle. As a landscape artist, this is most inspiring. Hence the title, “Hidden Agenda”.
