Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

Leslie Bookout

Leslie Christopher Bookout was born in Texarkana, Texas and spent his formative years in the foothills and valleys of East Tennessee, where he gained an appreciation of remote landscapes, rustic farmlands and rural communities. These early observations now reflect themselves in many of his paintings. Christopher received his early training in graphic design and illustration at the Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida, and later studied Art History at the University of Tennessee. After serving in the U.S. Navy, Christopher spent 27 years as a surveying draftsman and cartographer. Eventually however, he gravitated back to his primary interest, and in 2010 began painting full time. Christopher and his wife, Sarah, are...
