Our luxuriously soft blankets are available in two different sizes and feature incredible artwork on the top surface. The bottom surface is white. Our 100% polyester blankets are available in two different styles: plush fleece and sherpa fleece. Plush fleece blankets are soft and fluffy on both sides, whereas sherpa blankets are smooth like a soft sweater on the artwork side (i.e. shorter threads) which provides for a sharper image. Looking for a recommendation? Go with a 60" x 80" plush fleece blanket. It's soft and luxurious on both sides... the artwork looks incredible... and the size is just right for everyone.

Love this cute design on the blue background. Was impressed by how well it turned out on a fleece blanket...very comfortable and true to color.
Every artist must do a little experimentation with Minimalism occasionally. This was one of those times. I double primed ten 4x6 pieces of 3/16 Masonite with a stiff bristle brush. Letting each panel dry overnight, the next day I proceeded to make some quick compositional studies with at least three colors laid on each panel. The colors varied from spring, summer to fall sets. The mind�s eye is sometimes deceiving. Some of my fellow artists see a distant snow ridden mountainside; others see a rush of white clouds creating a sense of abstraction. Isn�t it amazing how much of a story we can tell with so few strokes of color?
Born in Philadelphia in the late thirties, Jim Gola grew up heavily influenced by art and the cultural atmosphere contained in this bustling city. The city of brotherly love is still a thriving east coast art market that comprises some of the oldest art schools and galleries in America. Jim admits to spending numerous hours at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art and the Philadelphia Museum of Art as a youngster. Admiring much of the work of Americas past masters such as Inness, Moran, Chase, Homer and Bierstadt, among others. He then started to generate his lifelong love of oil painting.
