Congrats on your sale!

Thank you so much to the person from San Francisco who just purchased the print. I hope you enjoy it immensly.

Very nice, brings to mind the old western painting masters like Frederic Remington and Charlie Russell.

Page, I'm so glad you are recording our vast and beautiful American West. Many of scenes call back my memory of time spent there. Don't stop!

Wow, this is gorgeous..so much work..Love it! How long did it take you to paint this beauty! I can see why it sold a print..wishing you many more, best wishes Lisa

Page Holland replied:

I really don't keep very good track of time. This was a really fun one to work on.

Yes, beautiful work. A good piece to just sit quietly and study, so much, artistically, going on -- the pure white of the cloud just behind the driver's hat; the back-lighting of the chest area of the front left horse; highlighting of the central foliage and earth area; the careful handling of the rear wagon wheel; the blue of the distant buttes. Very nice.

Bought for a fellow Navy veteran. He was beyond pleased, and so am I. Being able to choose such a unique mounting made the gift even "giftier" since it's so unique. Thanks - very pleased.

Sadly didn't turn out as nice as I had hoped. The picture is printed faintly and is hard to see well. Shipping and packaging was good.

Perfect picture for office st work!

I know the photographer and have a print of the original photo. I love the photo and the wood block - but not together. The photograph reproduced on the wood block lost saturation, vibrancy, sharpness. Very disappointing. I had to return it.
