Against all odds I will protect you from this dangerous world. Love this image, Michel.

This is just so adorable. Here, this little girl, in her flowery pants and jacket, already has motherly instincts to want to take care of this very young cat. I wonder if it is hers, as it seems not the thing to do with your cat.. to bring it where there is a lot of traffic and it might be in danger, or did she find it.. perhaps abandoned, or lost and has taken it upon herself to be it's savior. For sure, she will bring it home.. and the adult there will have its heart melt and take it in. Beautiful work as always! :-) Maggie

I never expected that this image would be liked...but...I guess two kittens are a cute theme :))) luckily you didn't use that word since it downgrades an image ;) the car was the reason I posted it since it than creates a context...her protective attitude. A portrait with a context, an environment, are to me the most rewarding ones...thanks for your amazing support and wishing you a nice weekend ! Here the Sunday will be exceptional with great weather :))

Oh isn't she sweet, with her little cat friend!! What a beautiful capture Michel...I love how you "see" with your camera!! Your photos are truly moving portraits of little moments that fly by us all so fast, that most of us do not see it...Not like how you "see" it... l/f/FB

This is amazing. How can you have your camera ready when you encounter a happening like this? You must have sharpened your awareness for your motifs, subjects that communicate our human condition without self consciousness.
Michel Verhoef replied:
Definitely...when I go in shooting mode I see every movement and gestures...lol...it's the same when you start to draw...I assume ? Thank you dear Judith !!

These two look like they need each other. Wonderful capture Michel, I especially like the mood created by the blurred car. L/F

The most precious thing in her world ... as the rest of it whizzes by ; some worry perhaps that the traffic speeding by will injure .. she is protective. Another story captured on the street, Michel ... brilliantly :))

Thanks for understanding what I wanted to express in this image dear Connie :)
