I had held off purchasing any Super Bowl LVIII collectibles or memorabilia until I found something that I thought was just “awesome”. When I saw this SI Cover, I knew I had to have it. Honestly it’s one of the best photos I’ve ever seen. Along with the captions it captures what Super Bowl LVIII was all about. Your Photog was in the right place at the right time and did a great job of capturing what Chiefs fans all across the country felt at that moment. As you can see I had the perfect place for it, it makes this wall complete and up to date.
Artist's Description
There are so many homeless people who live on the street. Some because of bad luck, some because they are mentally ill, and some who are true vagabonds who prefer to live without what most of us consider the normal constraints of everyday life. This gentlemen is a Vietnam vet who was begging on the streets of Nashville. I am always so sad to see these folks living like this, but he seemed to be happy with his lot in life. At least he has a faithful companion to keep him company.
About Kristin Elmquist
I have been taking photographs since my Mom gave me my first camera for my 16th birthday. Sure wish we'd had digital way back then. I have no formal training but people tell me I have a good eye. I enjoy taking photos of just about anything, but prefer landscapes and nature photography. I also enjoy using the available filters in Paint Shop Pro. Even Ansel Adams fiddled with his photos by using exacto knives and chemicals. :) If you would like wording added to any of these images, or a color image in black and white, or a black and white image in color, please send me an email through this site, and I will be very happy to customize for you. Thanks for viewing my work.

Some of us prefer "panhandler" to ""begger" but you say potato I say tomato...or something like that. Just kidding mostly. Either way it's wierd when people who don't know you scream and cuss at you in a way that seems to threaten. I never realized til recently. Wierd. Seriously now this is a wonderful "boy and his dog " photograph.
