This was drawn from a set-up in my studio using two little bunny figurines I have owned for a long time. The sun was shining through a small crystal ball in my window and I wanted to capture that in a composition, so I posed my little models on either side of the crystal and drew what I saw. Well, I also saw that each bunny needed an identity, created by giving each a separate pattern - and then an invented landscape appeared in the background.
