The quality of the towel is poor, it's stiff, not fluffy as I would expect from bath towel. Also colours look faded.

I am extremely disappointed by the poor quality of the towels. The color is not the beautiful black to the pictures but a sad gray where we see a lot of white below.

Sheena Mckenzie-Baird Review Submitted: February 7th, 2019 I’m very disappointed that 1 of my parcel was to be delivered today but wasn’t because there is a CHARGE ❓ £14.95 £8- handling charge & the rest is for not adequate postage paid. I was telling a few friends to use ur sight as I’m pleased with what I’m buying, I’m afraid that I will now be telling them not to buy from you as this is a con. I have already paid for postage so fell very sad as I’m trying to decide whether to pay the charge & get my package or not bother. One thing I do know is that I will be posting on your website about this dreadful way to treat customers. Sadly it’s all for my son, who has been very ill but had come out the other side grateful to be with us. He is going to be Baptised full immersion baptism. It reminds me the flowers and leaves that I used to dry and straighten inside books.. It looks Erica as you took it a further step and made a beautiful picture of it The warm colors makes it look antic and this is the exactly right atmosphere to have .
