Artist's Description

Direct from the tombs in the Pyramids of Egypt comes this ghoulish creature that was both a real mummy and yet still living!

It is said that Imhotutt was smuggled into the USA in those chaotic days just prior to the outbreak of WWII.

Ever since, it has been an inhabitant of Cremintins 'Hall of Wonders" where it has amazed, and terrified, generations of carnival goers.

About Michael Kopala

Located in Central Illinois, the Carnival has been for over 100 years the source of many a dark rumor and known for its uncanny inhabitants. From its mysterious beginnings to the sinister present, Cremintins has been wonder at and even feared. So take care as you explore these images of its strange history.
