Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

He is the author and creator of the acclaimed illustrated Novel, Utherworlds and co-author of D'artiste Digital Painting. In addition, Philips work has appeared in over 30 children's books. In the entertainment industry he has worked with many clients including; Mattel, Fisher Price, Disney, Universal studios, Warner Brothers, DC Comics, and Knowledge Adventure.
