Great capture, Kathy!!! Wonderful macro!!!

Kathy Clark replied:

Thank you so much Valia

this is so adorable, kathy ... he was probably trying to fluff himself up bigger to scare you away!!!!!! Big bad spider!!!!!

Kathy Clark replied:

Thank you Lois, really bad.

the spider seems to be dancing for you, like a tiny little ballerina. Wonderful macro shot!

Kathy Clark replied:

thank you Priska, that is what I saw too.

I just love this little fellow. I like how you have the spider in focus and the leaves blurred. I think he stopped so you could photograph him.

Kathy Clark replied:

I appreciate your nice comments Quwatha, thanks.

Kathy this grabbed my attention right away! This guy is adorable. Perfect focus, and he's beautifully showcased! I believe he was posing. :-) Great shot!

Kathy Clark replied:

Thank you so much Michelle, I think he was hamming it up.

This coffee mug turned out beautifully! The photos happen to be favorite places of mine in Maine, and they’re great mementos. The photograph Ross Warner has a great eye.

You tell me.Was my gift ever received? You've sent me 20 emails,19 were advertising.I've checked on my order's "progress" since your first on 3/25 saying the order has shipped.Couldn't even get a picture of the cartoon to show her what I'd tried to send her. This experience has been a cruel joke!

Artist's Description

This is the tinest little spider that was sitting on a leaf, while I was trying to take his picture he kept stretching up as high as he could, reminding me of a ballerina on point.

About Kathy Clark

My name is Kathy Clark and I live in Hartselle, Alabama with my husband Tom, and my daughters, Michelle & Jessica, and granddaughter Tasha & great-granddaughter Ava living fairly close by. However I spent most of my life in Alaska where I learned to appreciate the world around me. I love God's creation and find photography a great way to capture some of that beauty. Digital photography made it even easier to do so. I use a Canon 7D and a Canon Rebel XTi, and Canon lenses, 18mm to 55mm, 75mm to 300mm, and my favorite a 100mm macro lens. I enjoying photographing flowers, especially wildflowers, insects, and birds, the most. I use occasionally some textures and brushes from French Kiss Textures, and Brusheezy, Michael Sebastian textures,...
