Beautiful print! The only thing I don’t love is the imprint from the wood at the back of the canvas. Maybe different packaging would help?
Artist's Description
I painted this as a symbol of hope. The snail is looking to the moon with dreams that only a snail would know. (On the original the moon looks round).
I named this Jacob's Journey because the name Jacob appealed fto me (from the Bible)
The sense of a spiritual journey is in the picture.
This is on a large canvas & has a lovely silver frame, ready to hang.
If you would rather have the painting not framed, the price would be $150. less than the cost stated.

The name of this painting is great, just as the work itself is! It seems that your Jacob is crawling over gems and with his open hide he’s open to all possibilities. The soft colors just underline the spirituality hidden within. Cheers, Valerie

Thank you for the comment about in a dream. I love the colors you use in your artwork. I try at times to incorporate more colors in my work, for some people it comes naturally. You seem to possess that ability with your work. I'll be watching your gallery also. I like the colors & composition in Jacobs Jorney, it's very nice.

Hi Anne, finally I able to communicate, your colors are magical for me , I love your work, and thanks for your wonderful comments about mine

Thank you Christopher and other artists who commented.. I will follow my imagination, just the way I follow my nose.:~~) It gets me many places I am surprised to go.
Anne-Elizabeth Whiteway
Thank you all for your comments. This is an unusual subject, I agree.. I did this purely from my imagination. This is rich in texture & is already in a beautiful silver-toned frame. The frame does not show in this image on FAA. I enjoy your comments. They really inspire me.

Absolutely gorgeous colors! So peaceful, such harmony, and so wonderful that you would treat so beautifully one of God's creatures that probably a majority, of Americans at least, dislike or even despise. Thank you so much, Anne-Elizabeth!

Thank you all for the lovely comments. It makes me feel great. The imagination takes command & the painting almost paints itself. I always say: it comes THROUGH me, not FROM me...if you know what I mean.
