This is the Kalmar Nyckel, a reproduction from Delaware sailing on the Chester River in Maryland. This could not have been a better day. A number of tall ships sailed up the Chester River from the Chesapeake to Chestertown, Maryland. Living on the river enabled me to take the boat and greet them just as the sun was setting behind me.
