I painted this colorful plumeria as a demonstration for one of my online art classes in watercolor. I always say that plumerias look easy to paint, but because of the shadows and shading, they are actually quite difficult. That's why I have seen beginners struggle to paint them. In my online class, I did a series of step by step videos to help take the mystery out of painting these gorgeous tropical flowers.
