I first painted this building in 1993. One of the oldest watercolours of mine in my posession. This pan and ink is for the Dublin exhibition 2010. Its a large picture as this building appearred in the early 1990`s. The building has now an additional floor added. It is the site where G F Handel first performed his masterpiece The Messiah. Halaluya as they say in Dulinees.

With many strings to his bow Brendan P Lynch is a self thought artist and hails from the small village of Ballyboughal just six mile north of Dublin airport in the hearth of rural County Dublin Ireland. Born in 1968 Brendan started to paint at an early age and by his early teens was winning firsts at local art competitions. Brendan has developed a realistic or academic style of painting and drawing and like many artists has developed his own unique style. “My subjects are all around me the farmsteads, the mills, the forges, the gates and the landscapes.
