This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

Artist's Description
The falcon is a preditory bird, usually hunting small animals or even attacking smaller birds in mid-air. It can hunt other birds while flying because of how fast it is. There are many variations of falcons throughout the world, from common kestrels to desert hierofalcons. The common kestrel is one of the smallest species of falcon, whereas the hierofalcons are some of the largest.
About John R Young Jr
John Robert Young Jr. was bitten by the wanderlust bug just after he graduated from high school when he traveled across the United States. He came to photography much later, and we are all the better for it. Today, wherever he wanders, you’ll see him with his camera gear in tow. His current favorites include a Nikon D700, a Nikon D300 and a wide range of lenses. The year 2010 found him shooting up and down the East Coast and out West in our National Parks. To date he has traveled to nearly every state in the USA as well as twenty countries, including a stint in Thailand during the Vietnam War. The photo above was shot recently at Myakka River Park, one of Florida’s oldest and largest state parks, located in Sarasota.
