Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. Artist's Description
This alert looking antelope is a klipspringer which means "rock jumper" in Afrikaans, a small African antelope, only about 22 inches (58 cm) at the shoulder. Both males and females have horns; this is a female. The black, teardrop-shaped area under her eyes is a pre-orbital gland, the most unusual feature of this antelope. Her "salt and pepper" coat is almost olive colored so she blends in well in her native habitat: the rocky areas of the mountain shrub lands of the tip of Africa, the woodland hills of the rest of Southern Africa, the hilly woodlands of East Africa, and the mountainous Ethiopia highlands.

LOL Angela. She does look like she is listening and processing something, doesn't she? These pretty creatures always have an artificial look. For example, I know this looks way over-sharpened, but that's just the way the coat is. And those funny glands make it look as if something is wrong in the eye area. I was relieved to read that it's a characteristic feature of the klipspringer. Thanks for the visit and comment.
