Those were the days...though I don't drink, it was fun to sit along the boardwalk and do this painting. Drinking was legal on the beach then and the party extended from the deck to the sand. Beautiful women everywhere! Those were good days.

Since 1997, I have been working full time as a fine art professional of oil painting in the plein air genre. Taking my easel and paints to the outdoors, setting up and painting what I see. My style has evolved from a more rendering approach to painting with less detail and more brush stroke. Traveling to other cities, states and countries has "broadened my horizon."
