Lake Louise is a hamlet in Alberta, Canada. The lake is situated within Banff National Park. The lake was named after Princess Louise Caroline Alberta (18481939), the fourth daughter of Queen Victoria, and the wife of John Campbell, the 9th Duke of Argyll, who was the Governor General of Canada from 1878 to 1883. The hamlet was originally called Laggan, and was a station along the Canadian Pacific Railway route. It was built in 1890.

Hany J replied:
Thank you Deb; this is one amazing place to visit if you seek peace and serenity, and I was very fortunate to hike around the entire lake at a time when almost no one was there and at a time of the day when the weather was a bit cold but gave me such nice colours. So glad you like this scene as well. Thank you Deb for everything. Hany

Never see this view before, always seen it from the other direction, very nice!
Hany J replied:
Hi Claudia; it is one of the best hiking experiences I have ever had in that area. It is about an hour's hike to the other side of the lake and it is AWESOME. I took my time with the camera (about 3 hours), and it was all worth it. Glad you like this. Many thanks.
