Very unique piece of art. Displayed in my living room and admired. Will highly recommend.

Daughter-in-law has the shower curtain, which she loves, and thought I'd get the hand towel to go with it. Didn't give it to her. The photo shows the entire towel, not what it looks like folded. When folded you only see some of the "splatters" on the bottom. If you turn it around the zebra's head is upside down. The way it's currently being produced, it isn't a suitable image for a hand towel.

I love the design but wanted to buy a towel that actually gets used - high polyester content makes that dubious. also: I was hoping to support American Artists as well as manufacturers - this sentiment got killed by giant "MADE IN CHINA" tag. Very sad.

The towel didn’t arrived. I tried to call customer service, nobody answered. Wrote message, also no answer. Never again. Also, this is my second purchase, the first one in November also never arrived. Never never again. Like I threw $100

Artist's Description

A view of a cattle ranch at the base of Squaw Butte. Squaw Butte is one of the most prominent peaks in the Treasure Valley. Although Shaffer Butte (Bogus Basin Ski Area) and Lucky Peak stand taller, Squaw is the most striking ridgeline if viewed from the south or east (viewed from the Boise area). The Squaw Butte Ridge is about 8 miles long, runs generally north to south, and has a steep eastern front that rises from about 2500 feet near Sweet and Ola, Idaho to 5500-5800 along the top of the ridge. If viewed from the south or east, it appears that the Squaw Butte ridge is a separate or island-like mountain. In actuality, it's an extension of the Boise Mountains that juts south from the main area of most peaks. The peak is chock full of igneous, or volcanic rock cliffs and boulders. This is unique to this vicinity, as many of the nearby peaks to the east contain granite based rock outcroppings.

About Robert Bales

I am a retired teacher, coach and athletic director. While my wife, Judy, and I were teaching she had a photo studio, and I had a dark room where I did black and white and color. Some was for the studio while most of it was just a hobby. When we retired in 2000, we sold our house in Eastern Washington and moved onto our boat, Last Class, and our motorhome. We sold Last Class a few years ago and bought a small house in Yuma, Arizona and bought another one in Emmett Idaho. Now we spend the summers in Emmett and the winters in Yuma. Over our 50 years of marriage, we have always had an interest in photography and both of us enjoy taking the photos for this site. I am heading to Yuma for the winter so I will off line some of the time for 3...
