Lanyon Quoit dolmen. These prehistoric stones are the remains of an inner chamber that was at the centre of a large burial mound. Lanyon Quoit is believed to be a mausoleum or cenotaph that was erected in about 2500 BC, during the Bronze Age. Photographed in Penwith, Cornwall, UK.
