Description
The inspiration(s) for this piece were three photos I spied on WetCanvas! forum - pink poppies, pink rose, pink-lipped orchids... I knew immediately I would place all three in this block layout with a stargazer lily as the star... only after I completed the piece I realized: the two orchids represent my son and his wife, the poppies are my daughter and her husband, the rose is for my bruce, and the stargazer -both my daughter and my favorite flower- represents my first grandchild. I think it represents a collective of my love for each as themselves, as couples, as families, and my heart.
