Using as a wallet
I had stashed this oil painting away in the back of a cabinet for a number of years because it reminded me of sad times. But finally it came out of hiding into the light.
Today I was reminded again of how God brings us through the dark times in our lives so that we have further opportunities to lighten up the lives of others by being there for them in their time of need.♥

However before I got my teaching degree I was a substitute teacher, and got hired to teach art classes in an elementary school in Southern California. The goal of this pilot program was to determine what kind of impact creative expression might have on the academic lives of elementary school students.
