Colors, textures, forms, shapes, planes.
These constitute the elements spurring my efforts to see and inspire others to see the beauty in the ordinary, in the utterly mundane, and even in the broken.
Along with this passion for seeing and entering into the world around me through photography, I have worked for many years in nonprofits and churches. My formal education consists of studies in literature, philosophy, and theology at undergraduate and graduate levels. I reside in northern Virginia with my splendid wife. Besides photography, I spend my time in reading, history, music, and walking.
