Bag is gorgeous - especially love this picture of the bear. Almost wish the bag wasn't so stark white though - it may get dirty faster. If I could have changed the bag color, I wasn't aware of it. Love the bag & ordered the card that matched!!

I am very happy with my bag and take it with me when I go shopping. It holds a number of articles and attracts attention because of the dogs' photo on both sides.

Gorgeous art on a practical bag. Thank you, my talented friend, for helping me add a bit of magic to the everyday! Just the grownup upgrade I needed from hauling my stuff around in my boring grocery tote bags.

Artist's Description

Lines Down Getting Late - Electric linemen work late into evening making connections to restore power to blackout area. Silhouette against the sky, high up in a hydraulic cherrypicker bucket, he wrestles thick powerline conductors with pullers, tensioners, ropes, and splicing tools. One of the highly skilled trades, servicemen in this industry must work safely in the sometimes risky situations found in HVAC. (High Voltage Alternating Current) Wearing the latest safety gear, hardhat and insulated clothing, they must troubleshoot, repair, rewire, and work in all kinds of weather and conditions. This means being out in the cold and wind of the winter atmosphere, as well as summer heat. This is part of a series of dramatized lineworker pictures. Actual workers, placed on artwork of surrealistic skies.

About R Kyllo

NOTE: The "fineart america" text, in the corner of some images, will NOT appear on your final print. Coming from an industrial career, there has always been some form of creativity in my work (first artwork published over 30 years ago). I have sold an astonishing number of commercial photographs, so many in fact, it is unlikely you have never seen one! When producing artwork, I enjoy atmospheric scenes of vast open spaces of the oceans, North, and Western Americas. (But won't ignore any other parts of the world!) There is no particular interest in realism (straight photography for that, and I'll occasionally put some of the more conceptual work here.) Strong color and strokes are used to try to evoke the feeling of the view,...
