Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

I wanted a photo that showed what a beast these things are, and this one really shows it.

Perfect! I wish that you'd included a translation of the two inscriptions in some ancient language that are above the shoulders of St John Coltrane. It would cost your company virtually nothing to supply this with the picture.
Artist's Description
The Linn Cove Viaducts is an S shaped bridge that is an iconic favorite view on the Blue Ridge Parkway. This is the last section of the Blue Ridge Parkway to be completed when the highway was built.
This photograph is a good example of how you must take a little extra trouble to get a better shot. From the level of the road, the S shape is not pronounced at all. To get the feel of the curve, as seen in this photograph, you must climb above the road. You park at a turnout just north of the bridge, and walk about 100 yards south, back toward the bridge. Near mile marker 304, on the right side of the road, maybe 10 or 20 yards before the expansion joint of the bridge, there is a steep path next to a large rock. Climb up about 30 feet, and onto the somewhat precipitous edge of the rock, where you can carefully sit, and find 3 spots to put your tripod. The three spots you find will probably be the same as the ones I used. It's a somethat scary place to climb and sit, and a somewha...
About Gregory Scott
I'm a photographer, though sometimes I experiment in other media. My mother was an artist, and on school holidays, when she had classes at the art museum, I got to spend entire days roaming the galleries of the Cincinnati Art Museum. My twin sister is an artist, and my father took up photography about the time I did, when I was in college. I'm also a former machine tool programmer, database analyst, and mathematics and physics teacher, and those things undoubtedly have impact on my perceptions as well, as do my Christian perspective and philosophy. My favorite photographic subjects are hummingbirds, other birds in flight, and scenic beauty as seen in wilderness places, the national parks, and rural locations. As my physical health and...
