Bierstadt has always been a fav and I absolutely love this one! I LOVE the way the light is hitting the tree! You have to be careful about where you buy your prints from, it makes a huge difference. I bought this same exact piece from a company on Etsy and wow, no comparison. FAAs print is more clear and beautiful true colors, the warmth of it and the quality is superior when you compare the two. The other one is blurrier, and the colors are way too intense and off. I'll be sticking with FAA from now on!

I love this delicate and darling piece! It goes perfectly w/my bdrm decor! It's so sweet and looks beautiful in the gold frame I got for it. It's just adorable! The print quality and colors are excellent!

I love it! I’m giving it to my husband for his birthday on 5/5, so he hasn’t seen it yet but I know he’ll love it!

A little disappointed. I have a previous purchase by the same artist and were delighted. Across this particular print is a copyright notice. It isn't in a place where you can 'hide' with clever framing. I looked at out previous purchase and through the rest of this particular collection and this copyright notice is on most, some in a worse position than the one I bought. I've been offered my money back so no harm done but it should be made clear at the point of sale that this notice would appear and is not there to prevent people downloading a pirate copy. Like I say, very disappointed as it spoils the print.

About David Salter

My interest in photography dates back to the 1960s when as a graduate student at the University of Arizona I built my own darkroom and experimented with black and white images using 35 mm & 2 1/4" film formats. I am a biologist and retired (2004) college professor. Toward the end of my career, the digital revolution rekindled my interest in photography with the computer replacing the darkroom. I became interested in microphotography and made many digital images of biological specimens for teaching/research purposes. This was back when a 3 megapixel Nikon camera was state of the art! After 40 years of teaching General Biology courses & Human Physiology I hung up my lab coat and invested in some serious camera equipment. My wife and...

Art is unquestionably one of the purest and highest elements in human happiness. It trains the mind through the eye, and the eye through the mind. As the sun colours flowers, so does art colour life. -- Congratulations on your recent sale of this...
