Stunning....it looks fantastic, just the right size and frame to captivate the room!

This was a birthday gift for my cousin. She absolutely loved it. She liked the artist's style and subject of the print (which is the neighborhood where we grew up). She was very impressed with the quality of the print and excellent framing.

The frame was scratched, the wire to hang it was done the wrong way around. Very disappointed. I have multiple photos to demonstrate but your system only lets me upload 1.

I really enjoy having this print in my bedroom. I have so many good memories spending time with family at the Hotel Del Coronado, which I am now reminded of daily. Congratulations on the beautiful painting and thank you for your service Mr. Bradshaw!

Artist's Description

Even though this Texas Longhorn looks as if it is sticking its tongue out at us, I read that they have a gentle disposition and intelligence, and because of this the Longhorns are increasingly being trained as riding steers. I have actually seen a young girl at our local rodeo riding her pet Longhorn. Their ability to thrive in warm climates make them a favorite in Texas, not to mention their Texas history. Longhorn cattle have a strong survival instinct, and can find food or shelter during times of rough weather. Longhorn calves are very tough and can stand up sooner after birth than other breeds. Longhorn cattle can breed for a long time, well into their teens. There have been cows that have bred for up to thirty years. Some ranchers keep Longhorns for their easy calving. A Longhorn cow will often go off on her own to a safe place to have the calf then bring it home. They are also known to hide their calves in safe places to avoid predation, sometimes causing difficulty for ranch...

About Kathy White

I have always loved to take pictures. My first job, at age 16, was receptionist for our local newspaper, but the owners soon included me in taking photos, darkroom and writing articles. Years later, a terrible event in my personal life brought back a love of taking photos that I had not been pursuing to any great extent. My only child passed away at the age of 22. He was such a wonderful guy and I feel blessed that God chose me to be his mom. Reeling from his death, I sought some sort of diversion, needing to get my mind focused on anything besides my great loss. After a bad fall that resulted in surgery, I was recuperating at home and stir crazy. My husband took me out for drives in the country. We bought a new digital camera...
