ART BIOGRAPHY JRH, (Judith Rosenrauch Herbert), a native of New York raised in the 60's-80's era, studied art from 13 years of age at New York's famous Art Student's League, Albert Pels Art School, (Pels work now in the Smithsonian Institute), High School of Art and Design majoring in Graphic Arts and Illustration. Many of her designs were printed in magazines of the time as well. In the 70's she was one of the mavericks who created T-Shirts with her art designs silk screened on them, as well as greeting cards, needle point designs and traditional prints.
