"Lost and Found" is a Navy Colt 45, fully loaded condition with hammer cocked.
The actual gun was found on the very property on which I live in Woodland, Washington, U.S.A.
It was uncovered in a field that was being plowed. Other artifacts also emerge occasionally.
Most of them are Indian stone arrow heads, fishing weights and damaged stone implements.
Our property is now zoned an archeological site. This is offered as a detail on the overall painting that is not for sale.
