I bought this mug for my Daughter Liesel and she's a fan of Clifton Mill. Especially during Christmas! A great mug and it reflects the mill during the holiday season.

This is a great picture. Shout out to John Boyd on his photography. The mig of this however is blurry and I’m disappointed. The original picture is not blurry, so I’m not sure why the print is.

This mug came out great. It’s a gift for my Dad. Thank you John Boyd and fine Arts America.

I love the mug because of the photo, the color I chose and the mug size. The only negatives are that while I knew the photo was small, it's a little too narrow. I have a Marilyn mug that I did not buy online, and it spans the entire mug as two copycat photos. Also, the inside of the mug is not smooth as most mugs are. Otherwise, it's fine, as is its price.

Artist's Description

Background story: Sundew is a carnivorous plant that grows on poor soil and for nutrition she's depended on other sources, like damselflies. The beautiful, but deadly plant secretes a deliciously smelling mucilage, to lure insects. The insects eat the sundew , while -at the very same moment- they are being absorbed by this same plant. So most insects that land on sundew face death. But not this one! This lucky (or clever?) damselfly used the flower of the sundew as a lifeline. By climbing it, she managed to escape and minutes after she made her big mistake, she was flying high again, further and further away from this almost fatal lunch. Drosera rotundifolia (the common sundew or round-leaved sundew)
