I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.

I have Painted lots of Owl, original designs, fun fanciful, playful and friendly. This one came out of the blue. He is one of a kind. I never design or paint the same owl the same way twice. Decorative and whimsical. Colorful and cute. This painting is being sold in a excellent beveled mat. Seen by nearly 3000, this painting is for sale for a very reasonable price.

About Lou Cicardo
Retired in 1998 as Manager of Design/Production in the Corporate Design Group at Colgate Palmolive Corporation, New York City. Our group was responsible for designing the graphics for domestic and global consumer packaging. Began painting at an early age. Attended New York's School of Music and Art, (class of 1953).I studied Advertising Design. As a teenager, I won several art awards in New York City. My experience in the art field included positions as Illustrator, Designer and Art Director. I became Vice President at two major Design Firms based in New York City. Corporate positions held included, Xerox Corporation (as a senior illustrator), Avon, NBC Design and Art, Kenyon and Eckhardt Advertising and...
