Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

Perfect! I wish that you'd included a translation of the two inscriptions in some ancient language that are above the shoulders of St John Coltrane. It would cost your company virtually nothing to supply this with the picture.
Artist's Description
In the walled city of Lucca in Tuscany I came across this man playing the violin in the street. I tried to capture the peacefulness and joy he seemed to express while he played classical music for the passersby. I dropped a euro in his open violin case, snapped his photo, and when I got home I made this artwork.
About Greg Riley
Much of my work begins with an image, scene, situation or idea that I encounter in my life that I wish to share. It could be anything from a landscape to an expression on someones face to a simple object that may otherwise go unnoticed. Other works are purely from my imagination. I like to keep my paintings clean and crisp and representational. I think of them more as decorative pieces rather than something to ponder, though if you are inclined to pondering, please feel free to do so. The subject matter is less important to me than trying to capture the beauty and form of what ever it is that I am painting.
