I have numerous paintings and drawing showing lady bugs in the reproduction mode. This painting shows a bird looking at a possible lunch.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, I started doodling around the age of 14. I studied art at West Technical High School and joined the service shortly after graduation in 1970. Following my stint in the US Army I used the G.I. Bill to further my art experience. When I realized I could not support myself with the G.I. Bill alone I abandoned my art for employment. In the summer of 1990 I started drawing classes at Cleveland State University. Although I made the dean's list every year in drawing I never graduated. I took a workshop with Daniel Greene in 1994 and have continued to use some of his techniques in my portraits and his use of color in my everyday art. I now show my art at Huron and Cleveland, Ohio.
