Great job capturing the curiously startled expression.

She was good at that expression. :-)

Thank you, Marian.

Very well done!

Love this! Macska in Hungarian means "cat" :) same pronunciation!

what can I say that hasn't bee said already ... what a girl! great capture! congrats on your sale (smile)

I can't describe how wonderful this cat portrait is to me. This gorgeous Siamese is so vibrantly alive & staring directly at me with that intense, sort of quizzical; sort of "you're my human" look (yes, I'm a real cat person LOL). She/he reminds me of my most loved Siamese, Jennie, whom I lost a number of years ago. I don't think I've ever seen a portrait that looked as much like her. You have an incredible talent (not just here but I have viewed some of your other art). It was serendipity that I saw this today. You've made my day. I will cherish my print. Please continue to share your gift with the world!

James W Johnson replied:

Thank you, Carol. This was a portrait of "Machka" when she was young. I was crazy about her and we spent 12 blessed years together. I think she might have been part human. :-)

Lovely work! Congrats on your SALE!! RjFxx.
