Lovely card
This beautiful painting is of the Schoongezicht Manor House of the Rustenberg Wine Estate near Cape Town, South Africa, dates back to 1692. It is a beautiful example of the classic Dutch Colonial home, sitting at the foothills of the Simonsberg Mountains.
When viewed at sunset, the painting transforms so the leaves on the trees magically seem to take on an amber glow of the early autumn yellows and rust colours.
This is the vineyard that produces the grapes for the exceptional Rustenberg and Brampton wines, with the grape vines climbing the rich red slopes of the Simonsberg and Helderberg Mountains.
The original painting is gallery-wrapped, but can easily be dismantled and rolled in a heavy cardboard tube for safe and reasonable international shipment for $30.00.
