M - The American Museum of Magic, the largest collection of magic artifacts on public display in the US (except the Smithsonian Museum).
A - Brooks Memorial Fountain, a replica of the “Temple of Love” in Marie Antoinette’s garden at Versailles, France.
R - Honolulu House, a replica of Abner Pratt’s house after he was U.S. Counsel to the Sandwich Islands/Hawaii. Unique for its wall and ceiling murals.
S - Adam Crosswhite, an escaped slave that Marshall residents saved from slave catchers, which became one of the incidents that lead to the Civil War.
H - Education Oak: Isaac Crary and Rev. John Pierce planned Michigan’s public school system under this oak tree, which has been carved in their memory and is now displayed in Marshall Middle School.
A - The Governor’s Mansion, now a Marshall museum, is a residence that was built before Marshall lost the bid to become the capital of Michigan by ONE vote!
L - Capital Hill School, experience a 2-room 19th century schoolhouse in this Marshall museum.
L - Grand Army of the Republic Hall & Marshall Historical Museum, a museum that tells Marshall’s stories and features items that were made in Marshall.
