This is one of the more unique renditions of starry night that I have seen. There is no colors are beautiful and this world's certainly relate to the original. A great addition to my collection

Artist's Description
The Lakota language, "Mato Tipila" means "Bear Tower". Rising 1267 feet above the Belle Fourche River Devils Towers was proclaimed the first national monument in 1906 by President Theordore Roosevelt. It was made even more famous by the movie "Close in Encounters of the Third Kind". It is also considered a sacred site for many American Indians to this day. You can still see offerings left on tree limbs from American Indians today.

BIOGRAPHY: I'm a native of Missouri. Born in Kansas City. As a child I spent my younger years in Washington State. I come from a family of six with a rich background in art. Returning home to Missouri at the age of 14, my passion for photography was discovered upon using my brother's camera. Encouraged by my father to pursue a career in photography. I studied photography for two years in High School. Upon graduating I continued my studies with a commercial photographer from Belton, Missouri shooting in the fields of commercial, weddings and portraiture. During my off time as an assistant photographer my passion for nature grew spending time traveling to beautiful and majestic areas of the United States. I taught myself about nature...
