About Joe Burns
A Dublin, Ireland based Photographer I've been taking photos for most of my 61 years, I travel a lot, always with cameras. Photography for me is the classic "right brain versus left brain" struggle, balancing the artistic with the technician. Matt and Tina are almost household names in Ireland and many pictures are taken of them every day. I have a big canvas of Matt in my house and smile every time I see him. Hi Joe, after seeing your boathouse picture on the front page, I had to check out the rest of your site. This guy has such a great face! When we lost our lion (Nick) at the Kansas City Zoo, I was so sad....he looked very much like Matt - very regal with lots of character. We did get a new lion but he's very young and doesn't have that great mane yet. Great photos - also love your nightime shots of Budapest.
