I carved 3 Kokopelli figures and one sunburst onto a 36" wide board, next, I needed to paint them. Sadly, I'm from Atlanta, so, I don't know the SW pallet of colors. That's why I bought your painting - to glean inspiration. Your pallet has helped enormously. Of course, I didn't slavishly copy your mixtures; instead, I created my own. However, it must be stated that yours opened my eyes to some exciting choices. I'm nearly done painting the 3-D figures. When I'm finished, I'll send you a photo if you are really interested.

Love this art work. It is the Center piece of my living room. We are a fly fishing family and this couldn’t have been better.

Just love it. I get a smile on my face when ever I see it. Such a fantastic artwork. Bobby Zeik has a great sense of humor, color, texture. The perfect combination of an iconic image and artistic expression. The posters came very quickly nicely rolled in a tube. The paper quality is excellent.

I am the author of "Frank K. Hain and the Manhattan Railway, the Elevated Railway (1875-1903)," published by McFarland & Co., 2011. My book has many elevated train photos, but not this particular one I purchased your art because it mirrored the ones in my book and is posting size. It now hangs on a wall in my office. The art work is excellent and the photo paper is very high quality. It is a top notch product and I am proud to have it on my wall.

Artist's Description

Meet 'Loamaggolonta pedderensis'. Newly discovered in Tasmania. Mayflies are the start of the food chain and their extinction can be our own! All small invertebrates such as mayflies and butterflies of the Gondwana rainforest have survived here, for more than 65,000,000 years. I believe the past events over the last 200 years have culminated to a climax causing global warming due to our lifestyles and land uses. It will cause us to alter our lifestyles as the futures of mayflies and humans are now fragile and are threatened by extinction due to our political hold we have on taking over these environments. The plantations that are now growing here were planted specifically for pulp to send to the Japanese for the production of their newspapers
