About Acrylic Prints

Mounting Option #1

Mounting Option #2

Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of an acrylic print.   Your image gets printed directly onto the back of a 1/4" thick sheet of clear acrylic.

The image is the art - it doesn't get any cleaner than that!

All acrylic prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with four aluminum mounting posts (Option #1) or hanging wire (Option #2).

The high gloss of the acrylic sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

There are two different ways to mount your acrylic print.

Option #1 (Mounting Posts) - Attach your print to your wall with four aluminum mounting posts.   The cylindrical cap of each mounting post can be removed, allowing you to thread a small screw along the center axis of the of post and into the wall.   When you're finished, simply reattached each cap, and you're done.   The mounting posts act as stand-offs and keep your print separated from the wall by 1".   All of the required mounting hardware (i.e. posts, screws, and wall anchors) is included with your print.   Click here for mounting details.

Option #2 (Hanging Wire) - With this option, your acrylic print is attached to a 1/4" thick black board which has a wooden frame and hanging wire attached to the back.   There are no metal mounting posts at the corners.   Simply put a nail in your wall, hang your print from the hanging wire, and you're done.   Due to the thickness of the black board and mounting frame, your print is separated from the wall by 1.50"   Click here for mounting details.

Acrylic Print Reviews (919)

Average Rating (5 Stars):

The art of Lucie Bildeau is absolutely awe-inspiring. Her amazing eye for the nature as well as visible love for the cats make me keep this gorgeous work of art. However, the craftsmanship of the mounting is something that my daughter that is in 4-th grade would do better. The mounting frame is uneven- it looks as though somebody kicked it from the side. One of the vertical boards in the frame is shorter than the parallel one resulting in some quadrilateral, but definitely not rectangle. Therefore, it hangs uneven on the wall. My husband will try to fix it. Yet, I don't think that for the price I paid already he should be involved at all. Artist's work is spotless and heartwarming- max rating. Mounting frame- horrible job; whoever did it should be ashamed of themselves for producing something like that and charging that money for such botched job. I took some pictures and can attach them to the review if needed. Buyers beware of this.

Beautiful picture of a wonderful landmark store in downtown Geneva!

Artist's Description

It was originally owned by Russel Law, and Caulfield and was a large hardware and dry goods store. In 1903 an unusual cyclone hit Greenwood with much of the damage being done to the smelter and the McArthur Centre. In 1913 L. A. Smith and Co. took over the building and 3 years later it changed hands again. In 1916 the building became the Gulley Block, which dealt in furniture, carpets and linoleums. T.M. Gulley was also a mortician, and rooms below were the Centre are believed to have been a morgue. From 1920 to 1927 there were no taxes being paid on the land and building, so in 1927 The City of Greenwood took over the building, and in 1969, it was named the McArthur Centre, after a man who was a great contributor to the Greenwood Community, W.E. McArthur.

About John Greaves

Hi, All of my life people have told me that I have "an eye" for a good photo and encouraged me to pursue it. My family is now grown, I have the time to pursue photography an activity I enjoy. And best of all we have come into the digital age of photography. I believe this is a good thing as it makes photography accessible to those like me who could ony dream of sharing their creations with the world a reality. It also makes it fun as I don't have to worry about it costing me everytime I click the shutter. I can afford to experiment. And by experimenting improve the photos I have to display. I hope that you enjoy the results of my experiments. John While you are here take a look at my galleries, get to know me better by following my...
